All of us at Slab City have a love for mud, racing, trucks, and making great memories. Our goal here is to make sure you and your family have that some love by the time you leave Slab City Motorsports.
Art & Marsha
Art and Marsha (known to some as Grampa/Pops, and Mamma Dukes) have been best friends for 34 years and married for 33.
Art's love of a great sounding motor and things that go fast, took him to the race track when sons Ben and Jeremy were old enough to have an itch for the sport. From late model circle track, to open wheel modified and now the mud circuit. The family has many years of racing under their belt.
Marsha's passion of seeing the family together enjoying the race circuit, the idea was brought up to build a track. After finishing 18 years in the senior care business in December of 2017, what a change of pace this will be. We look forward to seeing each and every one of you that love the sport at both Slab City Motorsports and other venues as well.
Ben & Erin
Ben and Erin were married on August 26th, 2017. They first met 11 years ago four wheeling their trucks in the woods with mutual friends. (They say true love always finds its way back) Well in this case it did. There is nothing the two of them don’t do. They are working very hard on the land at Slab City Motorsports, and occasionally take a day to ride their side by side with family and friends. They have two dogs (their children) Sprocket and Blazer, who go just about everywhere with them. Erin is a Sous Chef at a restaurant in Bristol and has been working in the industry for 14 years now. Ben is running the families automotive repair shop in Bristol. When either of them are not working there full time jobs they are always finding their next project. We look forward to our next adventure in life and we cannot wait to bring everyone with us.
